If you're doing it anyways add a couple body sprays, they're cheap up front cost but people love them and they can actually sway someone to rent just for the shower.

Has anyone tried the Credit Uturn mobile app that automatically sends dispute letters to the Credit beuros on your behalf in an attempt to remove the negative accounts on your credit report?

And attempting to do your very first capital raise with a deal in hand and deadline to close.

I've seen many attempt this and many fail.

I just had my tenant move out of the property and attempt to sublease to a random individual.

I would highly recommend reaching out to your local governing body's housing/planning department (city or county if you live in an unincorporated area) as they will have the oversight on such a matter and or can direct you to who you need to speak with. 

Seems like a pretty drastic measure on your part and your lawyer will probably advise against attempting to do anything. 

For example, my letter contains within the body something along the lines of "we of course have to make a profit on our investments, but we want every situation to be a win-win."
