I feel this is a healthy addiction though as long as you keep the rest of your life balanced!

It simply goes to decreasing the balance owed on that loan. 

It's so simple to work with a real estate agent and find an additional property as well to avoid tax on the balance of your gain...

I really like the fact that they pre-fund their investments, meaning that if the investment stinks and no one funds it, they will be stuck with it on their balance sheet.

That way, if the balance of the rent is not paid, there is no question that I can move to eviction as soon as the law allows.
