VOF issues and Private funding
hello BP
well i have been crunching numbers on multiple property and am ready to make my offer on my first reo flip. But every body says i need to providea VOF with my offers. Problem dont have funds to verify because I would like to use a private lender. How do i go about this issue.
Is there an article or something which gives a full detail of doing a deal using private funds, and how to make my lenders feel secure loaning me the money...does there name go on the deed or where in the deal does there info go to secure there money in the deal
sorry so long of a post, and alot of noob questions
chris

Just do a search here on BP and you'll find countless great articles on the topic.
Here are three to start with:
- Private Money Lenders: Who They Are & How to Find Them
- 5 Things Private Money Lenders Want to Know Before Investing With You!
We've also covered private lending extensively across many of our podcasts, and of course, there are plenty of great discussions in the forums on the topic. Dig in here and you'll find everything you need to know.
