Haven't had that happen so far but it's certainly worth asking the Cozy helpdesk.I completely agree with you that I like to sit down with the tenants and manually sign the lease.

Definitely agree, mortgage payment should be listed.I would also shy away from a property manager as long as possible, especially if this is your first rental.
