Haven't had that happen so far but it's certainly worth asking the Cozy helpdesk.I completely agree with you that I like to sit down with the tenants and manually sign the lease.

I agree this seems a bit high for such a basic checklist, for a 900 sq foot home, so naturally I'm wondering if anyone has an inspector they recommend that's more reasonably priced?

Definitely agree, mortgage payment should be listed.I would also shy away from a property manager as long as possible, especially if this is your first rental.
