Help on first rental property

@Anthony J RumaI am originally from California I own a property management company in Texas. 50 to 60% of the people that I work with are out of state or out of country investors the biggest challenge that I see when people get involved in the real estate is that they don’t have a goal as to why they’re buying the deal and they buy a deal just because they think it’s a deal but it really has nothing to do to match or align with the goals I’m not sure buying this deal matches your goals but you always want to make sure that this deal aligns with the your strategy to help you achieve your goal otherwise the odds of your success or slim to none in my opinion

If you do a live in flip, you can perhaps rent the house after 2 years and move to a bigger house. 3-5% down savings is EASILY achievable if you follow the rules in the book.
