In California & on the Best West Coast in general we call them "condos," and that remains true no matter how many episodes of Seinfeld or Friends you've watched. :)Condos are cheaper, and often pencil out better in theory.

I found it hard to believe given how beautiful and well kept some of the homes were (talking north of Independence and west of Van Brunt).

If so, are there any people in the West Texas area that has recommendations on who we should use? 

Always amazed at the number of investors willing to put $100k in an investment, but can't spare the $300 plane ticket and a Saturday.There's a lot of great markets out west, but it has been less an area of focus for me primarily due to distance.

We are toying with the idea of starting another meeting on the west side, more info to come later this year.

@Ross Denman  Ross thank you for bringing the voice of reason to all this hysteria about BRRR its funny its like it was just invented and book written I guess it is for new investors.we were funding BRRR in the mid west and indy specifically as early as 2002.. 

No BP events except Cleveland/LA in West Hollywood which was cool.

@Jeff West, there are a lot of factors to consider, but generally I don't think you must have a tub in the master.

I’m looking for a realtor in the Boone-West Jefferson-Blowing Rock area that has rental properties (including short-term rentals) and is taking on new clients.

Specifically, I’m referring to the fact the some larger, more pricey areas on the west coast, seem to be experiencing a pullback in the housing prices.
