I have watched lots of videos but I was wondering if anyone had any specific tips or recommendations that could give me a head start to my real estate investment process.

I'd suggest making sure you have high quality photos to post or switch it up with a video to catch tenants' attention.

Request picture, video and anything you require to save on travel.

You walk in there and it's a rat warren of dudes watching streaming video games with recycling piled up on the counter tops.

Investing is numbers game and calculations, in my opinion, are the main factor when I decide on a purchase price.I only have single families but hope my advice helps.
