It looks like BP may be categorizing the "New Members" email as a "general marketing email".In our notification settings link, they don't have a specific option for this type of email unfortunately. 

The seller nor the realtor has ever set foot in the house so they don't know the condition.

Hi Quinton,I recommend checking out Facebook groups for your target market as there are wholesale groups.

Set your standards and stick to them.

However it looks like I have to set this up prior to closing and then have 45 days to find the property.
