As pointed out above, the lady is getting cash from somewhere, so why pick up the rent?

I plan to go back tomorrow and just sit down at one of the computers and make a list (after I say hi to all the ladies that work there and give them some doughnuts).

A lady mostly accepted house out of state (move in to area), but has not gotten contract signed as of today.....but today I have two more prospects that really want it.  

A single old lady living there for the last 70 years and not a single spot of trouble ... very lucky.

The house and large detachable garage are in rough shape, the landscaping is grossly overgrown, and the lady is a an elderly horder, with potential financial problems, who is stuck in her ways.My neighbor/realtor briefly talked to her and was turned away as far as her wanting to sell.
