Is there a platform for this or do you still have to find contacts directly?

I have Googled, looked at all social media platforms, drive by different times of the day to look for neighbors and nothing.

They have a book by the same title & an educational platform.

All MLS listings go on HAR.com, which is the best-known platform for housing in Houston.

I think it was mentioned once before on this thread, but one option for smaller investing smaller amounts of capital would be real estate crowdfunding platforms; they allow you to invest smaller amounts of capital (generally $5,000+, but I'm sure you could do a little research and find smaller entry capital) into deals for a set percentage return (8%-15%).

Hey guys, I am new to the BP platform & looking for some advice.

There are functions on both the VRBO and Airbnb sites that allow you to sync your calendar across platforms so that if someone books on one platform, it automatically blocks the dates on the other platform.  

Does anyone know of a free platform to create an application?
