Further Multi Education

I have enjoyed some early success with SFR and Duplex investing that said, I'm wondering if I can get to where I need to be this way and feel like I need to focus on multi-units....although I would consider something larger I want to try and build my expertise in the 10 - 40ish size.

Can anyone suggest a series of books or other education to review ...I fairly comfortable on the financial evaluation side but look for pointers on the extended due diligence (over that typically done of SFR/Duplex), locating and financing

thanks, b

I like 'Multifamily Millions' by Dave Lindahl and 'The Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apartment Buildings' by Steve Berges.
