@Adam ShaThe only person that can properly answer this question is someone that analyses markets on a national level or someone that invests in all 3 of these markets.The answers you're going to get from everyone on this forum that falls outside of the above is going to simply tell you their market is the best market. 

You are looking to see if they are maintaining the home like a normal person or if they are abusing or neglecting the rental.

But let's keep it a great discussion and not a personal insult to those that do not agree with a perspective.

As I've been talking to lenders I keep running into an acreage maximum that most seem to have in place.

Not clear from this who its been sold to, since it just says "to the person or persons legally entitled thereto".

This is definitely something I will be keeping my eye on and maybe an opportunity will present itself.Thanks!
