I plan to keep this property for a while, as I'm in a booming area with very limited supply just north of NYC.

I've been wanting to start looking farther north just because there seems to be more opportunities than down here, but I don't really want to take on anything that far away at this point in my RE career.

@Jim Cran I got a fully rehabbed 5 bedroom section 8 property in North Collinwood, yeah not afraid of the higher crime areas and the other in in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, lower crime area but this house needs a little work.
