Most of the complaints were about about fine print items, and being over charged, but I figured I would call them anyways and see what happens.

The GC's that I've worked with on the 3 units we rehabbed in 2019 I had my GC itemize the list of work he would do and if my partner and I thought we could have a sub do it cheaper we would just take it off the list. 

I am currently Active Duty Military with a pretty busy work schedule as I also take college classes online.

@Onye Chukwuma I am not sure where you are located and if all items would apply but happy to share with you our Lease Screening Matrix which we have developed over 1000s of applications.   

Or is this lack of info worth being concerned about.The inspection is all that matters unless there are warranty items like the roof, HVAC etc.

All your items on your receipts are probably tax deductible I assume and can get written off for that year.
