For example, I grew up in Colerain Township, and it has some great neighborhoods, but also some less desirable for investing.

I grew up in the Los Angeles area - Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, West Covina, South San Gabriel, and Long Beach. 

The home inspector I used had many years of experience and grew up in the industry as his father owned an inspection business that did home inspections for 6 major banks.

That’s why sometimes a success story has one person who was almost broke but grew and someone else sitting on a lot of cash doesn’t scale. 

Since they grew up in the US, they speak English well.2.

The difference was that party size grew significantly as people shared expenses with friends and family.
