We will be using Airbnb.com but are looking for another software option for rentals not through their platform.

We would either keep it as a cash-flowing rental property or fix it up and move in to it and rent our house.

I will post the before and after pictures, hopefully it can help anyone starting this journey, we are new investing out of state but NOT new to handlining construction project out of state for clients, looking forward to the challenge!!!!

I look forward to successfully landing out first property by paying the money down but then plan on leveraging opther strategies such as BRRRR, HELOCS, etc.
