Do you own these in an LLC or some type of entity? 

I just took a draw from my primary residence's HELOC and immediately deposited the funds directly into my business LLC checking account so that I could make a large contractor payment.

Following the site I know it teaches to form a llc to have all your portfolio listed underneath for legal purposes but I don’t know how it worked with if the financing could go in the llc name as well

Hello there I just created my business about 6 months ago receive my LlC, and build some business credit.

My understanding is that it is NOT recommended to actually purchase the property under an LLC so that I can acquire primary residence financing.

This LLC will be taxed as a sole proprietorship starting out.

And the reason you'll get the bank at risk is that you're going to pull the cash out, you're going to have that cash put in an LLC that is unrelated to your name.

@Eswar Reddy anything is possible, but if a commercial to llc assume they are not basing it on your income.

However, we are considering an LLC structure currently.
