Also, go to usalandlord.com and get tamper proof aerators that require a special tool to remove. 1,5 GPM for kitchen sunk and .50 GPM for bathroom sink.

I have this laminate flooring in our kitchen and all 4 bedrooms.I've gotten a couple of recommendations to install higher end WATERPROOF vinyl plank, and other recommendations to extend the same type of tile from my living/dining room into the kitchen.

Match the core condition of the house to other houses being rented out, and then go all out for a select few upgrades.I have seen a lot of that level houses have "Garage/Shoplight" in the kitchen.Buy a 60 dollar new nice dome light and put that in the kitchen.
