There was a 6 month redemption period, and the county has another Sherriff deed transaction listed on their website (but there was no deed transfer as it had already happened in April) on October 28th 2010, it says "to lending institution" in the notes.

For some context, I lost my professionalism for a moment and told a dude to "F___ off and don't call me again" because he was FLAGRANTLY trying to commit mortgage fraud, with 100% certainty, in a way that would have lost me my license when (not if, when) discovered. ....my employer paid HIM hush money.
