In advance of the BP conference I wanted to craft a summary of what my top three expectations are for myself to get out of this conference (purely from a self accountability stand point). 

First off BRRRR stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance.

It could be interpreted as stuff you add to tenant-proof the property, processes in place that make your BRRRR go by more efficiently, or additions that make your property stand out relative to other rentals in the area.
