2) Any recommendations for contractors in the Southeast Houston area who have experience in working with 203k loans?

If I had to pick 5 or 6 places that I think I see the most positive responses on in here I would guess the following: Dallas, Houston, Indy, Cinci, Cleveland, and maybe Milwaukee? 

I'm pretty new and I've come up on a very low equity house just outside of Houston in Katy, Texas 77450  ARV:$225k and needs repairing... rent ready looking at about $30k flip $48-50k owner owes $144k I have no idea how to structure this...

I like your strategy, Houston certainly needs some investors like you to get to work!
