You can refinance these with 21st as well to pull your capital back out, but it's a much slower process.We're getting out of the used home game and going with new homes for the lower up-front capital cost and attractiveness to better residents.

It's all a numbers game, and the most successful investors invest in the markets where they get the best returns!

I don't mean to be too negative and of course, if you somehow could make the numbers work...well, this game is all about the numbers!  

What's the end game with the house, flip, rent out?

BP is full of syndicators of all experience levels from very to doing their first ones.my only comment is when you go the route of syndication you are now working in the world of HIGHLY regulated government agencies so you need to be on top of your game and prepared for it. 

This way they see you have skin in the game and they are able to immediately benefit from you.

If you were to ask any RE investor they'd probably tell you they wish they'd started sooner, considering you're only 18 puts you way ahead of the game.
