I am currently using a package called Merlin by a company our of Germany (Project Wizards) to manage both my software development and rehab projects and find it far more flexible than M$ Project.

Working with subs is a little bit of a concern cause with a full-time job being at the property non-stop will be hard, but lucky my job allows me alot of free time and flexibility.

But if they are not flexible (motivated) I wouldn't sweat this deal after you make an offer.
