The plan is to do another loan on the second SFR with the borrower coming in w a little cash to lower our new loan amount and have more skin in the deal.

This has triggered me to get some skin in the game and start to look at investment opportunities.

Institutional commercial no doc lenders are drying up. 

Got to have some skin in the game.

I guess my question is how would you structure a lease in this situation where they all communally pay for the whole house together, equally, but do not all have equaly "skin in the game" when it comes to security. any feedback would be so appreciated, thank you  

Good afternoon, I'm reaching out today trying to get some advice on where I should begin my real estate journey, I've been listening to the podcast for a while now and want to get some skin in the game but am unsure how to start.

I find old dried up food and dirty floors disgusting.

I don't qualify for an FHA loan so this would be a benefit to me and her down payment would put her "skin in the game" on the partnership.

"Skin in the game" will become more important to lenders in uncertain times.

I figured as the borrower you would need to fund it in order to have skin in the game.
