Well, unfortunately, adding a bath or bedroom does not necessarily add value where an appraiser is concerned, except probably in the square footage.

BTW, in my experience these two faults often cause sellers to discount the most, and yet I've never had a buyer hesitate to buy once I show the documentation of the repairs.I tend to do ALL work myselft, (except some electrical and A/C), since no one else cares enough to do as good a job as me.
