Since he is still the owner of record, could he try to work out a deal with the bank and sell it as a short sale?

I would like to say I want to try starting as a landlord because my ultimate goal is passive income, but I am interested in the session taught by Jeff Brown at the Summit on multiple investing strategies.

I work out of a house and use a post office box, I have no business cards, I use freedom voice for my 800# and fax, and my website is just another useless expenses I put up with every month in hopes of one day selling the domain for a profit.

In addition, I hope to have my latest rehab under contract to sell.For the conference, there are still one or two decisions I need to make as to which sessions I will be attending (there are so many good speakers and topics).

I want to give them a "rental agreement" like a weekly rental facility, rooming house, or hotel/motel would give instead of a "lease" to avoid a long drawn-out eviction if things don't work out.

Joshua Dorkin, just for clarification....I see that the summit sessions on Friday and Saturday are beginning at 8:00.

Have them close the new deal while you work out arbitration with the previous buyer (which you probably will win).

I understand man.I was trying to make the summit but I have a few really big deals closing and I have to be here for out of state investors coming into town on one of my closings.It would be nice to go but if you can't you just can't and that's the bottom line.Hopefully they record the sessions as I would still like to learn from it.

I'd like to know who you find if his does work out for you.

Who knows, it'd all have to be in the Lord's timing, but if it looked possible and I was able to get financing in the fall once my wife was working, it could work out.
