BP Summit -- 10 days and counting
What do you need to get dome before Denver?
I'm meeting with a JV partner today and a lawyer to get our agreement buttoned up.
I am supposed to close on an office building refi on the day after tomorrow. It's been dragging on so long, but maybe I'll get that done.
I have a house under contract to sell and another one to buy, but not too much to do on my end through next week. Just shepherding them along for closing after the summit.

My goal was to have a success story to tell in Denver.I am holding out that I will have something positive to tell one and all about my first deal.If not then it'll happen after I get back which would still make me complete my goal in the 1st Q. Other than that just looking forward to meeting people and absorbing all of the knowledge that I can.
