My wife did tell me I go over there too often to check on the property in the winter.

I see this pattern starting as soon as I told them no for the 3rd additional pet that they wanted to keep.I do feel that offering them to move out may be one of the options but given the winters are starting soon in Minnesota not sure if I will get any quality tenants.

Returns have been great so far so I'm shutting it down for the winter.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but I believe the 9/11 only provides BAH while classes are in session so you may have some gaps in between semesters like winter and summer breaks and a lender may take the average payout per month to calculate your affordability.
