From a personal point of view what are the best routes to start in real estate investing, wholesale/rentals/flipping... ?

Find a great wholesaler in your area that has great deals.

I'm an investor and wholesaler in Atlanta.

The owner was a wholesaler who bought it in a lien sale.

I'm also here to network with other wholesalers and investors as well as contractors.  

Hello BP community I may have a potential wholesale deal of a Deeded Timeshare in Las Vegas, Have anyone did this type of deal before, can you let me the pro's and con's or an example of a deal like this you put together.

I can't pay the mortgage till I can find a buyer, nor have the confidence to get a hard money loan or wholesale it. 

Right now my focus is marketing, finding great deals so that I can wholesale to seasoned investors until I have enough capital to hold on to a couple of rentals for cash flow.  

Have no money, want to be a wholesaler, need someone to teach them how to do reno estimates.
