What works better weekday evenings or weekends?

Challenges: We ended up paying about 30k extra in renovations, because we were doing things remotely and could only drive there on the weekends.

Even if you can only help on weekends start ASAP. 

I try to dedicate a couple of hours each weekend to read about different markets and then I select one to do additional information.
