Also, here is what one insurance website says about landlord insurance:“Landlord insurance typically will not cover intentional damage, such as vandalism.

They also have good designers that can help you but I always go back and remove things that they add on.  

Also, did you use an interior designer on any of this or just work with your team to pick out finishes?
