So you need to be local to know who is in the area and ensure your street doesn't transition down in quality...it can happen in 12-18 months before you can do anything about it.

Lenders (maybe even the state), wanted to give locals a chance to purchase their home.I dont see a problem with investors needing to come in with 20% down.
