Deal acquisition is an art, so dig in and make sure the deal is good and make sure the numbers at up to what you think is good! 

What are some of the most effective marketing strategies used by property managers of multifamily properties 30 units and up to attract tenants? 

I'm open to any experiences and advice.

Purchase price: $150,000 Cash invested: $20,000 A fully renovated triplex with a three-bedroom and two-bathroom unit and two units with one bed and one bath.
