I would use Instagram and Facebook where I'll upload a mixture of pics of my place and videos about all the local attractions. 

Despite the apparent confusion with Google's various platforms as far as voice/text messaging (SMS/MMS)/video calls go and the various incarnations they have gone through, I got in early with the native Google Voice and then integrated and moved to the Hangouts application when they presented that option.So what I have is Google Voice as the background brain/command center but I do everything in Hangouts with the Hangouts App and the Hangouts Dialer.

They watch a YouTube video or attend a free seminar, and think anyone can do it and get rich with no money involved. 

Lately, I just cant seem to break away from listening to real estate investment podcast and youtube videos.

Trulia's crime map is useful, and some localities have newspapers that also have some sort of interactive crime log/map.

I have two properties up for rent now, and I also make videos for the properties and post them on YouTube.

During my studies, I have been to Robert Kiyosaki Real Estate seminars, listened to plenty of videos, podcasts, and read different books.However, I know I can attain only so much knowledge, but with no action, I will never truly see progress I am looking for now.I am also working with a family member in Ohio, on Probate leads, because he has free access to all probates online. 

But again, these are going to be people you know and interact with, and you'll want to discuss what they are looking for and what you're willing to offer -- you may find that you can get money cheaper than that or perhaps only more expensive.

I'm hoping for it to do something like this1) favorites where I pick threads that I want to "star" and save for laterOr 2 ) show a list of all threads that I've participated in so that I can go back in and see updatesBoth of these features would be greT and would have me interacting with the site so much more.
