My suggestion would be to figure out what you want your future to look at and how much money 💰 you need to make that happen.Then I would decide on which investment vehicle you are most excited about and focus 110% on that niche.Jack of all trades, master of none.

Unlicensed, non-running vehicles can be very costly to remove in many areas; tires, drums full of who-knows-what; construction debris...these are just a few items you could find once someone stops paying the rent on their storage.

If you're looking to focus on your primary source of income and build up true passive cashflow, it could be a vehicle to look into. 

Establish signs and call a tow truck or post a notice on their vehicles saying they will be towed.
