Jason...I would rather do what you said also, but the only problem I have is that I am starting an LTD and I want to be able to write off as many "expenses" as possible, and those would deffinetly fall into that category.

If you get like 5 offers the week it is listed, then obviously the realtor listed it low.On the same token you actually want some SHOWINGS.So it does vary, but you want to do what is right, and you can and will.
