There's great real estate events around the Tampa Bay area that attract investors and may be of value to you.

Essentially, you can get in that particular note for as little as 10% of the overall face value.

How did you add value to the deal?

As long as you're in a good location where you see the rents and values continuing to go up over time it'll be a homerun in 10-20 years if/when you decide to sell or refinance. 

Also value of the property is up by 40%+ since i bought it. 

@Amanda Ferguson, you can either go conventional where your income and debt to income (DTI) ratios are used to structure the loan or you can use DSCR loans which will structure the loan based on the appraised value and rental income. 

We use them and love all the info they share, and the value they offer to us as a client! 

If you're someone that brings value to to the table, it should be a no brainer for loyalty given you're working with a decent human.
