First time poster, recent podcast subscriber here.I write this post as my wife and I have been trying to figure out the appropriate course of action to do with a property she bought back in 2013 as a primary residence (in the Central Valley, CA area).

There are a few in the valley such as AZREIA which requires paid membership. 

So I guess the attraction is getting enough income to basically break even and have a nice place to stay in the Napa Valley..

What it costs me to remodel a house in Scottsdale, AZ is going to differ a lot from what it costs you to remodel a house in Lehigh Valley, PA.

It's just a property, a large and beautiful house with a barn that sits in an amazing tree covered valley.

Looking for someone in the Tuscon Oro Valley area to tell me how the market is there.

For example, I am bullish on the Rainier Valley.
