So I am hoping we can get some seasonal rental in the healthcare profession to rent the room out too or find students to sign a year lease with a co-signer.

Also, not sure if you’re into it, but I know a few people who own a bunch of student rentals in the pine hills area and make great cashflow.

When I was 22 I realized how much I was paying in interest with my student loans and decided to get a part time job (3 days/week) on top of my full time and was dedicated all of those funds into my student loan payments.

I have a friend that lives in Detroit and he is moving to Ann Arbor since he said its "better" and a lot of college student life there apparently, any input would be helpful I'm out of state  

Or in the case of student loans and credit cards, you'll pay it back long enough to realize you got fleeced and then just that much longer because you aren't a sand bag on society.
