I was wondering what is the best way to screen future tenants if I don't want to pay for a monthly subscription like tenant cloud or rentredi? 

I have a property that I have bought and renovated 5 months ago.

Though it is a negative cashflow move in the short term, I fully anticipate rental rates to catch up to the expenses in about 3-4 years and break even monthly.

This is not applicable to sites like airbnb that collect and remit payment to us.We have had an INSANE amount of fraud in the last 6 months.

Personally, I've learned an incredible amount in just the last 2 months.

I typically lend on fix n flips and BRRRR projects, quick turnaround on my money less than 12 months is the goal.
