I tried MLS, Zillow, Trulia, county tax records, etc..I am just looking for basic information that you would find on MLS including square feet, # of beds, baths, and a property archive report.

I read all the time where the gurus advise people to almost jump out of bed and start being a real estate investor.

It is only effective because the title company is in bed with the lenders already and they are naturally risk adverse anyway.I would be more concerned with the disclosures made to the lender and the verbiage of the approval letter before I considered a double close with two seperate title companies.For instance, does the B buyer have to agree that there are no prior or pending transactions or agreements and sign prior to closing?

While in the military I rented a 1-bed apt FURNISHED for $126/month.

I am looking at somewhere around a 100 bed complex, but that might differ depending on different factors.
