The market fundamentals of supply and demand, low inventory and still amazingly low mortgage rates are keeping this train moving.

You really learn a LOT on your first one, I suspect I'll learn a LOT on my second as well.I was hoping there might be a standard program where they will agree to increase the taxes at a more reasonable rate, and get me to the assessed value over three years or something along those lines. 

This method will be less expensive however you will need to provide more training/guidance and set clear expectations on what you are looking to achieve.

Arron,On some programs they require (2) years W2's as long as the jobs have been same line of work. 

Went online, enrolled in a wholesaling program to more so get a better understanding of the principles in wholesaling, which for the most part it gave me.
