Sit down with them and try to understand fully what services they are providing you with.Another question to ask is how many guys they will have on the job, and if they can guarantee completion during the time you need it since you have a tight timeline. 

The real estate industry really needs a change, a higher barrier to entry than a high school diploma and 90 hours of online training.

They recognized a need for REI information and training and are monetizing their knowledge and experience in that area. 

Price it a little high and have great service.

You have to either learn that on your own, or find a brokerage that will train you.

Understand that you are speaking to a Bank and they are trained to take advantage and they will making a good investment with your money with the down payment and the other fees they charge. 

Also, I am assuming that this is most likely a 400amp service, which will generally be more costly to upgrade.
