I've been working on a project for tiny houses and have the opportunity to partner with a recently launched REIT.

Most people even if they hit their "target freedom number" will likely move the goal post a tiny winy forward.

The home building (and buying) process wasn't as scary as it was cracked up to be.

I used to get upset when the neighborhood gentlemen (grown men sometimes) would wear there pants low enough to display there butt crack.

They were slightly behind on their payments, with a tiny bit of equity left.

As in replace doors, doorframes, fixtures, baseboards, cracked drywall, repair/paint kitchen cabinets, and a fresh coat of paint.

The benefits of occupancy have been abused and lenders have cracked down on this.
