Have you taken a DISC profile test?

I came back to the west coast and tried as hard as I could to get a pool together to buy them.. but capital as you know then was tough to raise.. well the big builders bought them and they are doing fantastic will lots that cost them 90% less than replacement costs..

As an alternative to using the foundation company to verify, you could also used a plumber to do the pressure test.

Typically where the cut off to a bank wanting to do a loan is $50K and under- becuase the loans have higher fees they hit high cost test quickly!  

Good luck on your test, it's not that bad, I recommend doing the practice test over and over until you average around 85-90% before taking the state exam.

Sometimes a Limited Partnership makes more sense depending on how you are trying to raise funds / manage the entity. 2) With unequal time, capital and skills,  how can the profits be shared?

As for raising capital, a good coach/mentor will help w/ that.
