There is a Canadian REI by the name of Matt McKeever who posts videos on youtube about his experiences, sometimes he will make videos on his BRRRR's from start to finish.

In one of Brandon Turner's YouTube videos, he mentions that I should start analyzing deals every day.

Hi Luke, I suggest you watch a few weeks (months) worth of youtube videos on lease option (LO) and wholesaling lease option (WLO). 

I believe many of the videos showing real estate investing as "easy" are dramatically exaggerated.
