That doesn't mean I don't think there will be issues here, and we're getting cash-flow to help support the problems when they come, it just means that I believe Portland (and likely Bend) will continue to draw people-coming recession or no.

Setting up a team in a place we've never been is a challenge, especially for our first investment, but we are up for it to make a smart decision.

I don't support $12m/mile for any kind of bike lane,   but long term planning of road infrastructure for more than just cars is a good goal.

Since that time I have participated in countless training, Masterclass, Expert, and 1 on 1 sessions with short term rental experts as well as the LuxHomePro team.

haha I still think South Bend is up and coming with the South Shore expansion, Notre Dame involvement, employment increases across multiple business categories throughout the entire region, and government support of a revival in downtown.

I'd be able to travel a few times over the weekends (still have a full-time job), but definitely looking to build up a small team wherever I end up investing.

@Brett Wagner use that time to network and build a great team.

We are just speculating on the upward moving of this market because the house price keeps rising and there are organic factors that support it so in a moment we think negative cash flow can gradually be covered by picked up rising rental rate, but i guess its not financially sound on this deal
