However, I would consider other countries and explore their financing options. The plan is to acquire €40-60k properties to slightly refurbish and rent out (either long-term or Airbnb, if allowed), to produce passive income.I have a pool of potential investors around me who will be joining as soon as we prove that a few deals are working.

Quitting my job to become a RE Agent

It's a much better mentality for growth to think along the lines of you transitioning from one full-time to another.A lot of people like the idea of them 'making their own hours' but the people that do that are in two pools usually: they're already extremely successful and delegate appropriately or they're starting out and not reaching their full potential.

I would suggest contacting several Independent Agents who represent multiple companies and have them run comparisons.I would give them an Idea of what limits you are looking for (building, Liability, deductibles, umbrella, etc.) to make it easier to compare.Things that they will most likely ask:- what is the construction- year built- year when updated: Electric, Plumbing, Roof, Heat- If any dogs, what breed- any losses in past 5 yrs- any pool or playground- Lead free certified- any in ground tanksGood luck on the purchase and feel free to PM me if you have any questions on the above info.

Can ADU's Cause a Big Problem?
18 November 2020 | 1 reply
If this is true then adding an ADU to a 2 to 4 unit property would require any future financing to be the much more expensive (eg, non-QM) and potentially limit the buyer pool if it was sold.
