I’m being subject to what I believe to be discriminatory practices by a local government by whom has increased my tax basis by 50% and my usage of that tax basis by 20% with no evidence as to why which contradicts my inspections and appraisals and would result in a mortgage worth of taxes on a property that has been in my family for 18 years.

@John Nachtigall I agree that most of us charge a more "market rate" set of fees than GC.Realcrowd is a strong platform.

But we have never felt more strongly that this is the path for us to "reduce the noise" and be in better control of our collective futures.

An RV park in the middle of nowhere alongside a major freeway will likely always be a 100% transient RV park, where that same park in a good location in a strong MSA could be a park where tenants call that a home.
