Despite lots of talk about “working on your business, not in your business”, “the 4 hour workweek”, and setting up “systems” that allow the business to “run itself”, the reality is (1) very few people have the knowledge, ability and managerial skill to successfully scale a business let alone turn a business into “passive” income.

Certainly you've developed the skill of being able to glance to see if it is "urgent" or can wait.

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and being able to communicate are the ones that come to mind.

A major skill in the RE world is knowing when to walk away. 

Ditto to what everyone else has said continue to invest and perfect your management skills and make it to were it's almost automated and then expand on both acquiring more properties and managing other people's as well.

It looks like a lot of the jobs lost and gained were lower skill jobs given the pattern.

If you have a particular set of skills that would give you an advantage with flipping it may be a worthwhile endeavor.  

With print work, you can sometimes find both skills in a single person.
